Imagine has entered the Web Seminar business by producing a 30-minute online multimedia presentation for JFNew, Inc. of Walkerton, Indiana.
The planned series of educational seminars was inaugurated in June with “Permitting Federally Funded Projects”, and featured a live television-style presentation streamed over the Web with on-camera talent, video, still graphics, and narration.
As with past video productions for our clients, Imagine enlisted the expertise of Grass Roots Media to fulfill the project.
Originating from our shared facilities at The Prairie Building, the seminar was viewed live across the country by JFNew clients. Questions were taken during the seminar and addressed by the presenters.
Realizing the potential of these Webinar events to meet your larger marketing goals is key to their success. Carefully designing and planning all aspects of the production, from email invitations and announcements to graphics, ensures that the seminar extends your company’s brand in a positive way.
Imagine has recently donated identity design and marketing services to a South Bend, Indiana area community partnership, designed to provide food assistance to the underemployed. “Feed the Need” is a faith-based collaborative whose mission is to help fill the gap between the need for food and an increasingly difficult economic environment.
We were approached to help brand the project and provide the recognizable identity necessary to making the program known in the local community. Imagine provided logo design and brochure design services to help initiate a cohesive branding campaign for the program. We're excited to be part of this important project, and plan to be involved with its development as the collaborative continues to grow.
Those interested in the Feed the Need program can contact Jaccqueline Davis, Executive Director, at 574-930-6823. Feed the Need's central location is 1776 Prairie Avenue, South Bend, IN 46613.
On Thursday, May 29, Imagine, in partnership with four other companies, held an open house celebration to honor our clients and the 100th anniversary of Downtown South Bend's Prairie Building.
For Imagine, the event was especially a way to say thank you to our patrons.
The Prairie Building is home to a number of creative businesses, including:
The 100th anniversary of the Prairie Building was commemorated with a ceremonial dedication by the South Bend Mayor' office. The night also included a wonderful celebration that included good conversation with friends, live music, catered food, and prizes and giveaways.
JFNew Inc., the full-service ecological services firm located in Walkerton, Indiana, approached Imagine to produce a video “profile” to expand their Web presence. Imagine's brief was to create a mini-overview of JFNew's services for a one-to-two minute long Web presentation.
After meeting with JFNew, our recommendation was to extend the usefulness of the video to all of their marketing activities. Rather than only addressing the visitors at their site, Imagine recommended the video be repurposed for conventions, trade shows, and in face-to-face sale contacts.
Partnering with Grass Roots Media, the resulting 5-minute video was produced and edited in high-definition format for maximum shelf life and flexibility. Adding to its future potential, the script was designed in such a way that various segments could later be extracted, expanded, and re-used in other ways.

We all understand the benefits of communication. It allows us to express our unique goals and strategies for growth. It allows us, as businesspeople, to communicate and market our organization's unique ideas and messages, telling others about the benefits we bring to the table. It's what makes the business world go round.
Unfortunately, there are areas of the communication process that are potentially harmful to the world we inhabit. Specifically, as visual communicators, our concerns surround the safety and stability of the Earth's environment when natural resources are consumed in the production of certain printed communication materials. At Imagine, we ask ourselves how we can help to mitigate such negative consequences.
Green design (or sustainable design), aims to reduce the use of nonrenewable resources, decrease environmental impact, and consider the consequences of various production methods on future generations of the Earth's inhabitants. While we can't stop the communication process, we have the choice to offer our clients natural products and processes that are less harmful to the environment, lessening our environmental footprint. This involves the use of eco-safe, recyclable and biodegradable media and processes.
Imagine is here to support conservation and natural resource stewardship strategies. We believe that with the use of eco-friendly visual marketing processes, profitability and sustainability are not mutually exclusive endeavors. It is our goal to support our customers who wish to adopt visual marketing strategies that reflect environmentally conscientious standards.
If your organization is interested in how your communication materials can be greener, Imagine can provide you with a variety of eco-friendly solutions that can help you help the environment.
